How to secure a price guarantee at Wineandbarrels
Here's how it works:
If you made a purchase between September 3 and December 31, 2024, and find the same item at a lower price at Wineandbarrels during this period, simply contact info@wineandbarrels.co.uk with a photo or printout of the offer. Our Customer Service will quickly verify if your purchase is covered by the price guarantee and refund any price difference.
Terms and conditions:
Only purchases made between September 3 and December 31, 2024, are covered.
Only offers on wineandbarrels.com during the same period will be price matched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide documentation of the price reduction, either by photo or printout.
We only price match identical items, so you cannot price match against a different product than the one you bought.
To use the price guarantee, you must contact us no later than January 5, 2025.
